This is Inky, one of a litter of 9 puppies born in the Culpeper County Virginia shelter. Inky's mom, Cora, was picked-up as a stray and gave birth in the shelter. Cora appears to be a purebred Akita. Dad is unknown.
Inky is very athletic and has potential to be an agility dog. He will require a 5 ft or taller fence. He is very laid back and affectionate with people, and one of the most submissive and talkative of all the puppies. He is partially housebroken at this time (sept 17) meaning he will go outside, but still has the occasional accident in the house.

Inky was born June 22 and will be available to go to a new home in mid-late September 2007.
