This is Ms Lily who is about 4 years old and new to ARMAC.    She lived with her elderly owner, who died. The kids decided to turn her over to the shelter.  They stuffed her into one of the shelter’s cat crates, leaving her there with a note.  She had a horrible flea infestation with the accompanying skin infection, which was treated at the shelter.   Lily lacks socialization, but is slowly coming out of her shell. Here is what our volunteers who took the pix said about her "Lily is very, very cautious. Initially did not want us to approach her at all. Stacy walked out with us, and she was a different girl out on her walk. Once we were out of the kennel yard, she was happy to be out on her walk; fine with either Stephen or me holding the lead, and engaged. We will enjoy getting to know her! "
